As shown in Figure 1 , a digital voltage multimeter (DVM) (Keysight 3458A) was used for the resistance range between 100 Ω and 1 GΩ, while a very low noise (fA/Hz 1/2 ) current amplifier (Femto DDPCA-300) was associated with the same DVM for the upper resistance range between 1 GΩ and 100 GΩ.
